The program operates as a subscription service through GoodRx and medications are dispensed as cash pay only. If you choose to use insurance and the prescription requires a prior authorization, GoodRx will not submit that request on your behalf. Patients are responsible for paying out of pocket for their medication.

Choosing Your Pharmacy
Zepbound Vials
These will be sent to LillyDirect automatically. You will be contacted directly by LillyDirect within 24 hours of them receiving the prescription to process. If you are not contacted after 36 hours, please reach out to LillyDirect at 844-559-3471.
All Others
You will be prompted to choose your preferred pharmacy after your visit is completed within your prescriptions tab in your patient portal. Please work with your pharmacy for confirming pickup timing.
If home delivery is available for your prescription, you will see the option to select it when choosing your pharmacy. Shipping typically takes 5-7 days. If you need assistance after placing a home delivery order, please reach out to our dedicated Subscription support team at (855) 526-3318.
If you would like to change your pharmacy after the initial send, the fastest way to do so is to contact your new preferred pharmacy directly and ask them to initiate a prescription transfer. In most cases, you do not need to contact the original pharmacy yourself—the new pharmacy can handle the transfer on your behalf.
When contacting the new pharmacy, be prepared to provide:
- Your full name and date of birth
- The name of the medication(s)
- The name and phone number of your current pharmacy
- Your prescription number (if available)
This approach helps avoid delays, as it does not require waiting for a clinician to process the request.
