Profile
Your profile contains all the information we need from you to best provide care. To access, select “Profile” in the left panel of your virtual care dashboard.
You can update the following personal information:
- Contact information
- Home address
To update information like Date of Birth, Sex, or Name, please contact us in the message center.
Notifications
Find notifications in the left panel. From here you can toggle on the ability to receive SMS text notifications when you’ve received a new message in the message center.
Payment Methods
Find and update your payment methods by selecting “Payment methods” on the left side panel of your virtual care dashboard.
In this section, you can add, remove, or update payment methods used for your visits.
Receipts
A receipt is saved to your visit once it has been completed. Additionally, you should receive a receipt sent directly to the email address on file.
To view a copy of the receipt for your visit fee in GoodRx Care:
- Go to “Visit history”
- Select the visit you wish to view the receipt for.
- Select “View receipt”
If the receipt is expired, you can enter your email address to have a new one sent to you!
Please note: We cannot provide itemized receipts or receipts to use for reimbursement with insurance/HSA/FSA plans.
Refunds
If your visit has been canceled by GoodRx, you should receive an automatic refund to your account.

Insurance
This is a self-pay service and insurance is not currently accepted.
If you are written a prescription as part of a treatment plan, you can still use your health benefits at the pharmacy to help pay for the medicine if applicable.
GoodRx Gold
GoodRx Gold is a membership program which offers prescription savings along with discounted telehealth visits from GoodRx Care, and a free home delivery option.
